Contemporary interpretation of the globe luminaire

The DRAFT family comprises suspension and ceiling luminaires with a balanced lighting effect and a clear design language. The luminaires are equally suited to high-quality residential interiors and to public architecture, hospitality and healthcare projects.

Materials and versions

The transparent globe of hand-blown glass, combined with the matte internal reflector, creates a striking contrast. DRAFT is available in clear, transparent blue and transparent brown.

Different sizes and typologies

The DRAFT luminaire family comprises a range of sizes from XS up to M as well as suspension and ceiling versions for different spatial and planning requirements.

Lighting effect

DRAFT provides glare-free illumination and soft ambient lighting. The LED light source, positioned deep within the reflector, produces directed downward light combined with softly diffused ambient light. A diffuser disc closes off the luminaire at the bottom and ensures homogeneous illuminated surfaces and a high level of visual comfort.

DRAFT is completely glare-free and available in a range of light colours. The optional Dim2Warm function creates an increasingly warmer light appearance as the luminaire is dimmed.

Precise adaptation to architecture and application with variable suspension options

DRAFT offers different solutions for different spaces. The suspension versions are available with either a tube suspension or a tool-free adjustable steel cable suspension. All versions feature adjustable suspension lengths, allowing the luminaire to be tailored precisely to the spatial situation and intended application.

Depending on the suspension option, DRAFT can be positioned closer to the architecture or deliberately suspended lower within the space – for example above tables, in lounge areas or in open foyers.
