With over 300 luminaires from the CURLING product family, we are an integral part of the lighting concept in the new Sonnmatt senior citizens' centre in Uzwil.

ADP Architektur Design Planung AG, the winners of the competition who designed the new extension, were also responsible for the lighting design. By creating a variety of lighting scenarios throughout the building, they have fostered “a sense of security” for the residents and an inviting atmosphere, so that “relatives enjoy visiting their loved ones”.

Our CURLING product range features the Ceiling L model to highlight the stairwell, the Ceiling M model to illuminate the glass-fronted corridors surrounding the atrium, and the Suspension M model to mark the entrances to the residents’ rooms.
For this project, CURLING was fitted with the Prismatik optical unit to reduce glare.
