Design and design language

TWIN is an elegant suspension luminaire with a visible functional principle. Two shades are connected by an adjustable scissor mechanism, allowing the luminaire to adapt continuously to different table sizes. The construction is clear and transparent, yet never austere.

The structure of TWIN is deliberately open. The scissor mechanism remains visible as a defining design element, directly expressing the luminaire's adjustability.

The graphic structure of the arms is based on a lens-shaped profile flattened on one side, giving the point where they intersect a distinctive, precisely defined form. The technical logic becomes an integral part of the design – functional yet warmly expressive.

Variants, housing and finishes

The luminaire arms and canopy are available in either high-gloss chrome or black silk-matte lacquer.

The cables are black and textile-covered.

The shades are available in hand-blown glass or opal white acrylic.

Adjustability and function

The distance between the two shades of TWIN can be adjusted continuously using the scissor mechanism. The luminaire arms can be extended smoothly and effortlessly, allowing flexible adaptation to different table lengths and spatial situations.

Lighting effect

TWIN emits direct light downwards while simultaneously diffusing light softly through the shade in all directions. The result is even illumination of the table combined with a pleasant, residential atmosphere.
