The distinctive shades of the REEF luminaire family are made from foam ceramic, whose structure is strongly reminiscent of coral. As a ceiling luminaire, REEF Ceiling combines the characteristic materiality of foam ceramic with a pleasant lighting effect. Open at one end, the compact cylindrical shade diffuses light softly through its surface while directing it downwards. This makes REEF Ceiling particularly well suited to rooms with low ceilings.

Foam ceramic with a distinctive character

The open-pored structure of REEF Ceiling, reminiscent of coral, defines the luminaire's appearance. When switched off, the distinctive surface is clearly visible. When illuminated, the foam ceramic diffuses the light softly in its warm bone china glow.

The softly illuminated cylindrical shade of REEF Ceiling provides powerful downward light with a wide beam angle, making it particularly well suited to rooms with low ceilings in residential interiors as well as hotels, restaurants and hospitality environments.
