DRUM Suspension translates the distinctive geometry of the luminaire family into a pendant luminaire with a clear architectural presence. A transparent glass cylinder and an opal inner reflector create a balanced lighting effect combining soft ambient light with precisely directed downward light.
DRUM Suspension Tube is ideally suited to renovated buildings where contemporary lighting should blend naturally with the existing architecture.
DRUM Suspension Rope with steel cable suspension can be adjusted to any drop length between 150 and 195 cm.
A continuous steel cable allows the luminaire to be levelled easily and precisely.
DRUM Suspension Tube with steel tube suspension is supplied with a drop length of 110 cm.
The tube can be shortened easily on site.
DRUM Suspension is available in two diameters (S 160 mm / M 220 mm), two lengths (short/long), two colour temperatures and with an optional Dim2Warm function.
With its clear cylindrical form, the luminaire is particularly well suited to linear architectural settings and high-quality interiors. Depending on the version, it can illuminate both functional and representative spaces.
DRUM Suspension Tube, with its softly diffused light in all directions and directed light below, is particularly well suited to corridors and stairwells, while DRUM Suspension Rope, with its delicate steel cable suspension, is ideal above tables and counters.
The transparent glass cylinder and the matte internal reflector of DRUM Suspension create a compelling interplay of contrasting geometries. Together, they form a luminaire with a perfectly balanced lighting effect: precise and graphic on the outside, clearly geometric and light-defining on the inside.
Depending on the size, different proportions emerge between the glass cylinder and the internal reflector. As a result, each version develops its own spatial presence while remaining part of the family’s shared design language.
DRUM Suspension provides softly diffused ambient light in all directions while simultaneously delivering directed light below the luminaire. The light source remains completely shielded, ensuring a high level of visual comfort even in sensitive environments such as lounge areas, corridors and healthcare projects.
Different colour temperatures and the optional Dim2Warm function allow the lighting effect to be tailored to a wide range of requirements and lighting atmospheres.
Two suspension options are available:
Rope – the steel cable suspension is tool-free adjustable, allows for greater suspension lengths and enables precise positioning of the luminaire within the space.
Tube – the rigid tube suspension creates a clear architectural appearance and can easily be shortened on site to the required length.
Both versions integrate naturally into a wide range of ceiling heights and planning situations.

Matching canopy profiles are available for multiple installations with two or three lights in size S or M fitted to a single ceiling outlet.
For multiple arrangements of two or three DRUM Suspension luminaires in size S or M, a canopy profile allows up to three luminaires to be installed easily from a single ceiling power outlet.
