The greatest of ingeniousness was called for in the construction of such an elegant, filigree jointed lamp with no visible joints. The solution: Hinged joints are located on the straight section instead of where the light is redirected. These micro-mechanical miracles of force ensure that ELANE stays exactly in the position desired, without springs and weights. Should we mention the extremely flat, electronic transformer and the touch-button dimmer in the base ?
